“BBEHS” App an initiative by “Bhagwan Bhoir English High School”.

BBEHS is an exclusive mobile app for their esteem Parents, Teachers & Administration to bring more flexibility into School Management System. We have implemented User credentials to protect the user based privacy.

Objective of this app.

• To bring smoothness in parents and teacher connectivity.

• To communicate parents about their child/children performance under school premises.

• To Support environment by reducing Paper work.

• To bring flexibility into School Management System.

• To introduce Mobile technology into Education Industry at best.

Functions on BBEHS App.

I. For Teachers

• My Profile: Here Teachers will find their official profile.

• Leaves: All public holidays & leaves will reflect under Leaves section.

• Attendance: Mark P/A and submit. That’s it.

• Exam Timetable: No Matter if it’s a class test or a Semester, complete exam time table will be shown here.

• Results: Class-wise, subject wise, Pattern based. All results will be shown here.

• Homework: Select date, select assigned class, text homework & Add Homework. This is it. Also Notify parents.

• Notifications: All school based notifications & Messages; Chat with parents Live.

II. For Parents.

• My Child: Here Parents will see their child’s/children’s profile.

• Attendance: Keep track on Attendance date & month-wise.

• Notifications: Alert on Marked attendance, Assigned Homework, notice from school administrations.

• Leaves: Entire holidays & leaves will be shown here.

• Exam Timetable: Academic Exam timetable will be shown for respective child.

• Results: Now Results will be in just few clicks. Parents will see result on this page.

• Homework: Parents will now see daily homework of child’s/children’s subject wise via app.

• Ping teacher: Now Parents can talk to class teacher via “Ping teacher”. Intimate about sudden child’s/children’s health issues or check their performance in school.
